Company: AZLOGICS.DEV (SMC-Pvt) Ltd

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the Wasooli.Online platform and related services operated by AZLOGICS.DEV (SMC-Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "Wasooli.Online"). By registering, connecting integrations such as WhatsApp, or collecting payments through our tools, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

1. WhatsApp templates and message categories

WhatsApp Business Platform messages must use the correct template category and approved templates required by Meta for each type of communication (for example, utility, authentication, or marketing, as Meta defines them from time to time).

Merchants must not send marketing or promotional content using an announcement or non-marketing template category (including mis-labelling promotional material as a generic announcement or utility message). Doing so misrepresents the purpose of the send, breaches Meta's WhatsApp Business and Messaging policies, and may constitute deceptive or unlawful conduct under applicable law.

Wasooli.Online may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe templates or categories are being abused, after notice where practicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any complaint or enforcement action available to regulators or Meta.

2. Lawful use of payments and customer funds

You represent that collections processed through Wasooli.Online (for example via 1BILL, Raast, or connected rails) relate to lawful goods, services, or subscriptions you are entitled to bill. Customer payments must not be solicited or applied to illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, prohibited goods or services, or any purpose that violates applicable laws of Pakistan or other jurisdictions that may apply.

If we become aware of or reasonably suspect misuse of the payment rails or the platform for unlawful ends, we may cooperate with banks, payment networks, law-enforcement agencies, and regulators, preserve evidence, suspend or close accounts, and pursue all remedies available under Pakistani law and any other applicable rules. Merchants are solely responsible for their business conduct and for taxes, licences, and compliance connected to what they sell and how they collect funds.

3. Relationship to other policies

Messaging behaviour is also described in our Privacy Policy (WhatsApp section). In case of conflict on a specific point, these Terms control for use restrictions and enforcement; the Privacy Policy controls for personal-data processing descriptions.
