What is automated billing?
Automated billing means the bill for each customer is made and sent on a fixed schedule without anyone typing it. Wasooli.Online also sends the reminders and records the payment, so the whole monthly cycle runs by itself.
How do my customers pay?
Each customer has a Billing ID. They pay it through 1BILL from almost any Pakistani bank app or wallet, like JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL or Meezan, or through Raast.
How long does it take to get started?
Most businesses send their first bills within days of the demo. The main things that affect it are the size of your customer list and WhatsApp's approval of your business number.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Wasooli.Online runs in the browser and on the staff mobile app. Biometric readers are only needed if you want attendance or door access.
What if a customer pays only part of the bill?
That's fine. The part payment is recorded against their bill and the remaining balance stays on their khata, so the next reminder asks for the right amount.
Can my staff use it without training?
Yes. We walk your team through it during setup, in Urdu or English. Each person gets their own login and only sees what their role allows.
